I am having 3 medication torleva 500mg twice a day , lamez 50 mg twice a day and clobazam 10mg once a day . I only started have seizure from 1 yr ago and had 2 seziue with in 6 mth of the first . I am married and I am 24 yrs old women .I had done eeg and MRI , report was normal. Thank you.I m diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy and I wanna ask whether the above medication is appropriate for me or not.As I have some anxiety issues as well. And how long do I have to take these as I am having the medication for 6 mths . And I have some weakness issues after having these medication.and can I take folic acid , vit d and b12 along side with these medication.

Hello रितिका जि। तपाइले खाइराखेको औषधि अलिकती परिबर्तन गरि दुई बटा मा गर्न सकिन्छ होला। छारे रोग (epilepsy)मा EEG नर्मल हुन सक्छ तर MRI मा प्रायः केही changes हरु देखिन्छ। तपाइले माथी भनेको आधारमा मात्रै temporal lobe epilepsy भन्न सक्किन। हुन पनि सक्छ नहुन पनि सक्छ। यदि तपाइको seizure (छारे रोग) control मा छ भने अहिलेलाइ सोही औषधी निरन्तर गर्नु होला। यदि तपाईं बिवाहित हुनु हुन्छ र बच्चा राख्न चाहनुहुन्छ भने औषधि अलिकत modify गर्नु पर्छ। तपाइलाइ पुर्ण रुपमा नजाची तपाइले कति समय औषधि खानु पर्छ भन्न सकिन्न। तपाईं भएको कमजोरीलाइ cap fortiplex M दिनमा एक चोटि खान सक्नु हुन्छ (३० दिन)जसमा सम्पुर्ण vitamins हरु छन।
