Can you suggest indications for secondary eczema infection

My friend has eczema for more than 2 months. At beginning he took topical cream and eczema got cure but again repeat then he took topical cream along with itraconazole 200mg cap. for 2 week and eczema got cure again. After some day again appear . what he should do now to cure eczema.
