Which doctor will handle Raynaud's phenomenon issues? Please suggest me.

We first need to evaluate the raynaud's phenomenon... It can be primary or secondary to some underlying disease. As a doctor ,i would like to rule out serious secondary diseases first.For this,detail history of the patient may be needed first. Thank you
