whenever my baby farts some liquid or small amount of poop/stool comes out. He is currently in 8 weeks running. what shall be done? is this thing to worry

Does he is okay while he passes stool? How long is he having so, by birth or after sometime? Not a kind of emergency during lockdown, but if it persists, can visit the hospital after this is over.
