The nerves' on the tip of my penis foreskin , when I have erection, pains quite lot (only when penis starts enlarging ) . because of it , I'am having problem in having complete and smooth enlarge and ejaculation.Though I have not yet been in sexual intercourse. what must be the reason behind it?? what next is to be done??
