What is the remedy of Central Sleep Apnea(CSA) in Nepal? is CPAP available in Nepal? I always have air gasping problem in Sleep as I feel disorientation/depersonalisation.

Hello, 1st we need to confirm if u have central sleep apnea or not with sleep study (polysomnography). If you have central sleep apnea syndrome there are 2 options; wearing respiratory mask (BiPAP or CPAP) (available in Nepal) or get implant respiratory pace maker (remedē System) which is not available in Nepal. Respiratory pacemaker does not require patient any face mask and is more convenient. Sleeping lateral or with belly down (prone) position may help in mild cases.
